When I am not taking people down the river on a rafting trip, sea kayaking, hiking, taking photos of a wedding, or just training for a triathlon, I devoted to my truly passion.... cooking!

 

Lucky enough to be born in paradise, where we can get every day the most fresh products from our mountains, farms and oceans,and been able to shake the hands of your local farmers and fisherman, really makes a difference, no matter how good cook you might be, or how technically proficient you are, if the ingredients are not fresh we wont be able to obtain the best quality on a dish.
